About the Role
Line Crewing is looking for a Swedish native speaker based in Sweden to join our team as a Business Development Partner - Sweden.
The main responsibility will be to identify potential companies in Sweden, establish professional communication with decision-makers, introduce our recruitment and manpower supply services, and develop long-term business relationships.
The position will focus on different sectors where qualified manpower may be required, including:
- Ship Management Companies
- Ship Owners and Maritime Companies
- Hotels and Hospitality Companies
- Restaurants and Catering Companies
- Factories and Manufacturing Companies
- Logistics and Transportation Companies
- Construction Companies
- Agriculture and Food Production
- Healthcare and Care Services
- Other businesses and organizations requiring qualified manpower
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential companies and business opportunities in Sweden.
- Research companies and identify relevant decision-makers.
- Establish professional contact with companies.
- Introduce Line Crewing and our recruitment and manpower supply services.
- Communicate with HR, Crewing, Procurement and Management teams.
- Identify current and future recruitment requirements.
- Develop potential cooperation from the initial contact through to a business relationship.
- Follow up with potential clients professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with companies and provide market feedback.
Requirements
- Native Swedish speaker.
- Currently based in Sweden.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional approach when communicating with companies.
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, B2B or a related field is an advantage.
- Existing professional contacts and knowledge of the Swedish market are highly appreciated.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Self-motivated, organized and results-oriented.
- Strong interest in developing long-term business relationships.
